Unwed Sailor starts their tour with Sybris tomorrow night in Lawrence, KS. I've updated the dates on the website and have also included some instore performances at a few records stores. They'll be stopping in at Independent Records in Denver, Rasputin's in Berkeley, and Zia Records in Phoenix. This is the first time Unwed Sailor is on the West Coast in quite a while, so be sure to see them as they support Little Wars. They'll be making their way back to the East Coast through the course of the tour.
We're working on a 3 week Yndi Halda tour this August. More details once we have shows confirmed. This will be their first tour in the US.
A group of us will be in Williamsport tomorrow night for Rhys Chatham's performance with 100 guitar players. He's unveiling a new composition during the show. I'm pretty excited to see them play.
On Monday night, Efterklang will be playing in the sanctuary at the Unitarian church here in Philadelphia. Hope to see you there, I'm really excited to see them play.
A special thanks to Andy for the new Sun Kil Moon April 2xLP. It sounds great.
Foxhole are starting their week long tour tonight. Be sure to see them play.
Our good friends Half-Handed Cloud are playing in Philadelphia on Sunday at 9pm with Lake above Circle Thrift at 2007 Frankford in Philadelphia.
One of the best shows I've ever seen was Stars of the Lid in Copenhagen in 2003.
Monday, Ethan, Al, and I are going to see Earth with Birds of Maya and Kayo Dot at Johnny Brenda's. Lots of live shows happening in Philadelphia.
The last 2 Starflyer 7" have shipped from the factory. With assembling and getting packages ready for shipment, these should be on their way to subscribers starting next Wednesday or so. They go out in order of subscription until they're all out the door. We'll finally wrap up Ghosts of the Future.
Unwed Sailor are still on the CMJ top 200 at #129 this week. Thanks to all of the stations and DJs who are playing Little Wars. Unwed Sailor are rocking through Friday. Are you ready Texas? They'll take a little break and then bring the rock to the West Coast with Sybris and then back to the Midwest and East again. Europe, you'll get yours in July.
Foxhole are getting ready to hit the ground running in 2 weeks for a short tour, playing some shows for the first time in a while.

i'm going to be in williamsport, pa to visit my family this weekend. unfortunately, my itinerary does not include rhys chathams's g100. i'll be hanging out 20-some cousins tomorrow night instead.
unwed sailor has a date at the grog, and in pgh. so i really have no excuse to miss them this time around. the opening track ("copper islands") on the new record is great.
